Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
Tonight I took advantage of daycare and made the St. Patrick’s Day fare I’m known for…corned beef, cabbage, red potatoes, carrots and don’t forget the Irish soda bread with honey butter. It takes awhile to make this but Joe and I enjoyed it. It’s worth the work. I wonder if Joe thinks it’s worth the dishes…his chore. I’ll say this…I did rinse as I went. Still are quite a few dishes and my big, red Le Creuset needs to be washed by hand. Maybe I’ll help him out tomorrow.
These are pictures of our little girl in her first St. Patrick’s Day outfit. She’s a little young to enjoy the holiday but I think she’ll learn to love it. I played irish music and we danced around for a bit while the food was cooking. I think she looks particularly good in green.

Your dinner sounds delicious! and so authentic
And your little girl is absolutely adorable… I agree she does look quite good in green, just so cute!!
I hope you are doing well, and having lots of fun with her. You take such awesome pictures to post on here, you really capture her personality well.

Miss you,
