		<description>Ah, don't listen to Shana . . . I lost 5 lbs in ONE DAY. Between December 2nd and 3rd of last year. I kid you not--I have no idea how it happened, and I looked and felt no different, and I was using the same scale.

On the other hand: good for you! (See, you're okay in my book, Shana!) Keep at it, stay away from all non-diet sodas, and start going for short jogs around the hood. Then when I come out this summer we can compare washboard abs. :)</description>

		<description>Good for you!  5 lbs is no easy task. I know exactly what you mean. At first, I'm really good, but I start deteriorating day after day. I think the best thing for me is to eat a very light breakfast and have an afternoon snack. Nothing feels better though when your clothes start fitting better or your stomach looks flatter!  I wish we lived closer so we could walk or take yoga:)</description>
