We met with our realtor over the weekend and have determined that our house will be put on the market in one week…February 1st! I must say that it will be sad to say goodbye to this townhome for many reasons, and oh so nice to say goodbye for countless others. The dream of owning a single-family home in the OC or LA area is coming to fruition!

Needless to say, we’ve never sold a house before and are learning so many new things during this process. It’s exciting and stressful at the same time. Thank goodness we’re working with people we know and trust through all of this and can call upon the experiences of family and friends who have been through this sort of thing.

At this rate, we think we’ll be moving in either March or April of this year!
