I've seen them twice down here which was more recent but don't remember Dave-look-alike contests. Sounds like something DM fans would do though. Always good to move up seats! This brings me back to the days when I was a diehard Mode fan and dated a guy for awhile that looked like Dave Gahan. He worked at my local gas station. I loved dating him because I would go to DM concerts with him and he would enter the Dave Gahan look-a-like contests from KROQ and our seats would always get bumped towards the front.
