Good Friends and the Sun

This week is all prep for our week in Northern California. We have two weddings to attend on both Saturdays and will be visiting with family and friends in between. We booked a room at the Omni Hotel in San Francisco for one night. Joe and I are both looking forward to that time away, just the two of us, visiting our old stomping ground from that first weekend he came up to meet me. I can’t even believe that was more than 8-years ago!
We’ll upload pictures and post to our blogs along the way, I’m sure. If you don’t hear from us, have a happy and safe 4th of July holiday.
Looks like a great party and a gorgeous day! And I think I see Nacho Doritos and Guacamole - so Joe must be happy. Have a wonderful trip! It sounds like a blast. Can’t wait to see the pictures!

I know that I was shocked to find out that Pat no longer drinks the MGD! We no longer stock it for him in the fridge for his visits. The first time I offered one to him and he said he’d prefer the Harp, Joe and I both exclaimed, “WHAT?” After that we couldn’t speak…
