Sometimes the lunch crew here at work goes out to eat Pho…a very tasty Vietnamese Soup. I am the only person at the table that is offered a fork…of course I’m the only Caucasian in the bunch, but still. I guess I’d prefer it if they asked the entire table if anybody needed a fork. Just a little complaining from someone who really has nothing to complain about…

Fri Mar 25, 2005 at 11:42 amOne time I went to Shabu Shabu in Koreatown in LA. I was the only Caucasian and the waitress boiled my meat, put it on a fork and started to dip it in sauces. I finally had to tell her I could do it. It was kind of embarrassing because she didn’t ask me if I wanted help.
