I Haven’t Changed My Mind
One of those rainy days a few weeks ago, Joe and I were running errands on a weekend afternoon in Orange. One of our tasks was to deposit some checks at the ATM. We are part of a credit union so we found a Co-op ATM at none other than Wienerschnitzel. Now, it’s no secret that I’ve tried to like this place…we try to go when Joe’s sister, Karie, is in town and you all know that Joe loves it.
Anyway, Joe was teasing me that we were going to get lunch there on that rainy afternoon. I was feeling adventurous so I said that I’d try it again. Much to my surprise, their corn dogs are made with Foster Farms chicken dogs. So I got one of their meal deals with corn dogs and french fries. First off, let me say that even though I was happy to find out that I was eating chicken dogs, this meal did not change my mind about Wienerschnitzel. I couldn’t stop burping and I felt sick to my stomach the rest of the day. People just shouldn’t eat that much fried and fatty food in one sitting!
If you know someone that does like this place, then they’re probably like the people I know…and they LOVE it. Go figure…
Anyway, brighten that person’s day with a Wiener World e-card. Go to their website and click on Wiener World for choices. Please don’t send one to me…I still despise the place…but I’ll admit that their marketing is pretty funny.

Totally unfair. You can’t judge Wienerschnitzel by corn dogs (chicken, even) alone! I demand a re-trial.
