Not sure what happened to this pic but I didn’t notice until I’d sent it. Anyway, can anyone tell me how to eat a cumquat and describe what it tastes like?

Used to pick them off a tree in a friends back yard.

They are very much like a small lemon or orange. Most people peel them. The inital taste is sweet but then it gets a bit sour.

So I say, Wash it off, peel it and try it.

Ha ha! Funny, I saw that tonight. This was the first chance I had to look through the magazine and thought about the little cumquat still sitting on my desk at work. Dare I say there couldn’t be a better way to eat it? *wink*
