Hell Hath No Fury Like an Irish-woman’s Scorn
Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
Acording to Caitlin Matthews’, <a href=”http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0892815655/qid=1016399893/sr=1-3/ref=sr_1_3/104-7111593-6653564 “target=”_blank”>The Celtic Book of Days, St. Patrick escaped from slavery and became a priest, returning to Ireland to missionize. He used the shamrock to, “explain the mystical doctrine of the [Holy] Trinity: the Three Persons in One God.”

I’ll leave you with one of my favorite whimsical Irish Prayers:

May those that love us, love us:
and those that don’t love us,
may God turn their hearts:
and if He doesn’t turn their hearts,
may he turn their ankles
so we’ll know them by their limping.
